سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
يمكنك إرجاع المنتج أو تبديله في غضون 14 يومًا. كما نضمن استرداد كامل لجميع المشتريات، ويتحمل المشتري تكلفة الشحن عند الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
بشرط أن يكون المنتج في نفس الحالة ودون أي ضرر كما تم استلامه.
إذا تم تلف المنتج بأي شكل من الأشكال، أو قمت ببدء عملية الإرجاع بعد مرور 14 يومًا على تاريخ التسليم، فلن تكون مؤهلاً للاسترداد.
سوف يتم تحويل المبلغ على حساب أو محفظة إنستا باي (حساب بنكي - محفظة إلكترونية).

Return and Exchange Policy
You can return or exchange the product within 14 days. We also guarantee a full refund for all purchases, with the buyer bearing the shipping cost for exchanges or returns.
Provided that the product is in the same condition and without any damage as it was received.
If the product is damaged in any way, or if you start the return process after 14 days from the delivery date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
The amount will be transferred to an account or Insta Pay wallet (bank account - electronic wallet).
